Agreement, operator, and scope
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and A2E LIMITED, doing business as RedVideo (“RedVideo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). They govern redvideo.ai, beta.redvideo.ai, and the RedVideo websites, account features, creation tools, share pages, and purchase flows that link to these Terms (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing the Service, generating content, or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes it.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Additional terms shown for a model, feature, or purchase form part of these Terms. If they conflict, the feature- or purchase-specific terms control for that transaction.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and be permitted to use the Service where you live. RedVideo is not offered to minors.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. You may sign in with email credentials or a supported identity provider such as Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your password, sign-in token, and device, and for activity performed through your account.
Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account, impersonate another person, create accounts through automation, or use a deleted or suspended account to evade restrictions. Notify us promptly at contact@redvideo.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service and AI limitations
RedVideo provides tools that generate, transform, upscale, and process prompts, images, video, audio, and related material. Models, providers, workflows, output limits, prices, processing times, and availability can change as the Service evolves.
AI output is probabilistic. It can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, unexpectedly similar to other material, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review output before using, publishing, or relying on it. The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
A model or upstream provider may apply technical or content restrictions of its own and may refuse a request even when these Terms otherwise permit the subject matter. We do not guarantee that every request will be processed or that any particular model will remain available.
Your content and permissions
“User Content” means prompts, uploads, reference assets, instructions, names, and other material you submit, as well as choices you make about an output. You retain the rights you hold in User Content.
You grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, modify, format, analyze, and process User Content only as reasonably needed to operate the Service, generate and deliver output, maintain task history, provide support, prevent abuse, enforce these Terms, and comply with law. This license ends when the relevant purpose and lawful retention period end, except for copies others made from a share link and records we must retain.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, releases, and lawful bases needed to submit User Content and direct its use. If User Content identifies or depicts another person, you are responsible for obtaining that person's valid consent where required.
Adult content and minor safety
RedVideo permits lawful content involving consenting adults, including adult sexual content. When a real person is depicted, every depicted person must be at least 18 years old and must have knowingly consented to the material's creation, submission, transformation, and intended use.
Never submit, request, create, possess, or share content that depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or could reasonably be understood to depict a minor or a person whose age is ambiguous. This prohibition applies to photographic, illustrated, animated, fictional, and synthetic material. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and attempts to evade minor-safety controls are strictly prohibited.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes of a real person without consent, covert sexualization, revenge pornography, and content involving coercion or incapacity are prohibited. We may block a request, preserve relevant evidence, suspend an account, remove access, and make reports when required or permitted by law.
Report suspected content involving a minor, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, or other illegal material through Report a safety concern. Do not download, copy, or attach suspected illegal material to a report.
Other prohibited conduct
Do not use the Service to violate law; infringe intellectual-property, publicity, privacy, or data-protection rights; defraud, deceive, threaten, harass, stalk, blackmail, discriminate against, or unlawfully surveil anyone; create misleading impersonations; facilitate violence or abuse; or distribute malware.
Do not probe, scan, attack, overload, disrupt, or bypass the Service or its safety, access, rate, payment, or usage controls. Do not scrape the Service, use unauthorized automation, reverse engineer non-public components, extract model weights, resell access, or use output or access to build a competing service except where a restriction is prohibited by law.
You may not use stolen funds, sanctioned wallets, or unlawful proceeds, or make a purchase or use the Service on behalf of a prohibited person, entity, or jurisdiction.
Public share links
The Service may make an opaque share link available for a completed task. Anyone who obtains the link can access the shared title, description, media, and download action without signing in until the item or its media expires or becomes unavailable. A hard-to-guess link is not a substitute for access control; treat a distributed link as public.
Do not distribute a share link unless you have the right to make its content available to every recipient. In particular, do not share personal, confidential, intimate, or adult material without all required permissions. You grant us the limited license needed to display, transmit, and permit downloads of the shared material when the link is accessed.
Stopping distribution does not recall copies already downloaded, cached, or redistributed by others. We may disable a share link or remove content for safety, legal, operational, or enforcement reasons.
Outputs and third-party rights
As between you and RedVideo, and to the extent permitted by law, we do not claim ownership of generated output. No ownership right is created where applicable law does not recognize one.
We do not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable, accurate, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial use. Similar or identical output may be generated for other users. Your right to use an output depends on your inputs, the selected model and provider, applicable law, and third-party rights.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to use, label, disclose, publish, or commercialize output, including complying with laws concerning synthetic media, elections, advertising, intellectual property, privacy, and publicity.
RedVideo intellectual property
The Service, including its software, interface, design, trademarks, documentation, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service during your authorized access period.
If you voluntarily provide feedback, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation. Do not submit feedback you are not authorized to provide.
Packages, access, and credits
The package name, price, access period, credit amount, credit-delivery schedule, feature limits, and eligibility shown at checkout are the terms for that purchase. RedVideo packages are one-time purchases unless checkout expressly states otherwise. RedVideo does not automatically renew a one-time package.
Credits are limited product units used within the Service. They are not legal tender, stored value, a security, or cryptocurrency; cannot be transferred between users or redeemed for cash; and have no value outside RedVideo. Access windows end at the time shown even if benefits remain unused.
A generation may consume credits when the server accepts or completes a task according to the displayed rate and model rules. Failed or blocked tasks are handled under the applicable server-side credit rule. Catalog information can change for future purchases, but checkout verifies the live package and price before an order is created.
Cryptocurrency payments
RedVideo accepts supported cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. NOWPayments is an independent payment service and may process transaction data, screen activity, or request information under its own terms, privacy policy, and legal obligations.
Before sending funds, verify the exact asset, network, amount, deposit address, memo or tag, and expiration time shown for your order. You bear the risk of sending an unsupported token, using the wrong network or address, omitting a required memo or tag, sending after expiration, or relying on an outdated quote.
Blockchain transfers are generally irreversible and may be delayed by network congestion, confirmations, compliance review, or provider availability. An order is fulfilled only after NOWPayments reports the required final status and our order checks succeed. A broadcast transaction or wallet confirmation alone does not establish delivery.
You are responsible for network, miner, wallet, exchange, conversion, and tax charges. We never need your wallet private key or recovery phrase; never provide either to anyone claiming to represent RedVideo.
Underpayments, refunds, and taxes
Underpayments, overpayments, duplicate payments, wrong-asset transfers, expired orders, provider mismatches, and refunded or suspicious transactions may be placed in manual review. Recovery is not guaranteed. Contact contact@redvideo.ai with the RedVideo order ID and public transaction hash; do not send private keys or recovery phrases.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, a confirmed purchase is final and non-refundable after credits or fixed-duration access are delivered. Unused credits, unused access time, account suspension for breach, and voluntary account deletion do not create a refund or cash claim.
If we authorize a crypto refund or correction, it may be reduced by non-refundable provider and network fees and may be sent in the original asset or another agreed method. Exchange-rate movements and blockchain fees can cause the returned value to differ from the original USD quote.
Prices may exclude taxes. You are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations associated with your purchase or use, except taxes imposed on our net income.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for identity, bot protection, email, infrastructure, storage, AI processing, wallets, networks, and payments. These services can be unavailable, delayed, changed, or subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for a third party's wallet, exchange, blockchain, website, or independent acts.
Links and references to third-party products do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for reviewing the third party's terms and privacy practices before using it.
Enforcement, termination, and deletion
We may reject a request, limit features, hold a payment for review, disable a share link, suspend or terminate access, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to operate or protect the Service, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, protect people, or comply with law.
You can delete your account through Account settings. Deletion deactivates access, ends active benefits without a refund, marks applicable business records deleted, and starts applicable media cleanup. It is not reversible. Payment, transaction, fraud-prevention, safety, support, legal, and audit records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms, and lawful retention—remain effective.
Copyright and rights complaints
If you believe content available through RedVideo infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or another right, email contact@redvideo.ai. Identify the protected work or right, the RedVideo URL or share ID, the material at issue, your contact details, and the action requested. For a copyright claim, also include a good-faith statement, a statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.
We may request more information, notify the affected account holder, restrict access, preserve evidence, or reject incomplete or abusive notices. Knowingly false notices can create liability. Safety reports involving minors or illegal sexual content must use the safety reporting guidance.
Disclaimers and liability limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all output are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, quiet enjoyment, and warranties arising from course of dealing. We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or permanent availability, or that content will be retained.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither we nor our affiliates, licensors, or service providers will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or digital assets, even if advised of the possibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid to RedVideo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet or blockchain failure, provider outage, cyberattack, labor dispute, government action, natural disaster, war, or utility failure.
Indemnity, sanctions, and export
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RedVideo, its affiliates, and their personnel from third-party claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your User Content, share links, use of output, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own unlawful conduct.
You must comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, and anti-terrorist-financing laws. You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Service and will not use it in or for the benefit of a sanctioned person, entity, territory, or unlawful activity.
Disputes and governing law
Before starting a formal claim, you and RedVideo will attempt in good faith to resolve it for 30 days after written notice is sent to contact@redvideo.ai. The notice must describe the claimant, account email, facts, and requested relief. This requirement does not prevent either party from seeking urgent relief where delay would cause irreparable harm.
Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
An unresolved dispute will be resolved by confidential, binding, individual arbitration administered by JAMS under the rules applicable to the claim, in Santa Clara County, California or remotely where permitted. Eligible small-claims matters, claims for urgent intellectual-property relief, and rights to public injunctive relief that cannot lawfully be waived are excluded. Arbitration fees will be allocated under applicable JAMS rules and law.
Claims must be brought only on an individual basis. Class, collective, consolidated, and representative proceedings are waived to the extent permitted by law. If a court finds a particular claim or remedy cannot be arbitrated, only that claim or remedy will proceed in court after all arbitrable matters are completed. If the class waiver is unenforceable as to a claim, that claim will not be arbitrated.
Changes, notices, and general terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date identifies the current version. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will provide notice as required by law. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance where permitted; otherwise, stop using the Service.
You agree to receive transactional and legal notices electronically at your account email or through the Service. Notices are effective when sent or posted, subject to applicable law. Keep your email address current.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and incorporated purchase or feature terms are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the Service. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to contact@redvideo.ai.
