VIDEO WORKFLOWS

Move from a prompt, frame, reference, or existing clip

Wan video versions cover different parts of the production path. Some focus on image-to-video, while Wan 2.7 also supports text-to-video, first-and-last-frame, reference-to-video, video extension, and video editing.

Wan 2.6 R2V is the dedicated reference-led route in this family. Other versions emphasize single-frame animation, output resolution, duration control, or audio behavior, so the studio changes the inputs when you switch models.

  • Text-to-video and image-to-video on supported versions
  • Reference, first-and-last-frame, extension, and edit workflows where listed
  • Version-specific duration, resolution, ratio, and audio controls
IMAGE CREATION

Build source frames with Wan image models

Wan image routes support prompt generation and reference-guided editing. Wan 2.6 Image accepts up to four references, while Wan 2.7 Image and Wan 2.7 Image Pro accept up to nine supported references.

The image models offer their own ratio and reference behavior. A generated or edited frame can then become the source for a compatible image-to-video workflow in the same studio.

CHOOSE A VERSION

Use the live controls as the capability guide

The Wan family combines routes with different inputs and outputs rather than one shared setting set. Check the selected model card for supported workflows, duration, resolution, aspect ratio, audio, reference limits, and access requirements.

RedVideo shows a task quote before generation. Changing the model, workflow, output count, duration, resolution, or audio option can change the displayed requirement.
